Their Rose is a league above anything from Champagne. The best Brut I have tasted is from – its a tiny vineyard but this is about as moorish as a sparkler can get. I havn’t yet tasted , but I understand that they and Hambledon are now the only major sparkling producers Europe-wide only bottling the main brand with grapes/juice from their own vineyards. This will likely give both an edge in the FIne Wine market in the years ahead.
