I was very fortunate to be mentored throughout my working life and have learnt so much from others. I started life in a working class family, with no qualifications and because of the investment I received from people in business, I have had a very successful career. I now want to share what I know and help someone else. I am 49 and still have a mentor who is a very successful businessman called Jon Penn and he takes time out of his own business to help me. We all need each other and now it is my time to invest in someone else so that they can succeed.
